Construction:
Hull deck and superstructure manufactured from hand laid GRP with a white gelcoat finish with the decks painted in a mid blue non slip paint. The deck hull joint is protected and covered by a teak rubbing strake.
The under profile is fitted with bilge keels allowing the vessel to take the ground whilst remaining upright. The cockpit is protected by a fixed windshield with canvas hood.
This craft is built to Lloyds standard and carries a Lloyds Hull construction certificate.

Machinery:
Auxiliary power is provided by a Volvo 2040 3 cylinder naturally aspirated inboard diesel engine rated at 40hp with a closed fresh water keel cooling system, with electric start and single lever controls. Recorded Engine Hours 2531
Electrics:
This craft is fitted with both 12 volt & 240 volt systems. The volt system comprises of 3 batteries charged from the engine alternator.
The 240 volt system enters the craft by an RCD circuit breaker box before routing to 3 pin sockets.
Mast Spars & Rigging:
Anodised Aluminium Mast and Boom with Stainless steel standing rigging. The craft is also fitted with a roller reefing headsail system, with slap reefing to the mainsail. All running rigging is tereylene and was replaced in 2005.

Accommodation:
Westerly Fulmar offers 5 berths in 2 cabins including the saloon. The accommodation comprises of a twin/double berth in the forward cabin, two single settee berths in the saloon, and a large quarter berth on the Port side.
A separate toilet compartment is located between the forward cabin and saloon and is equipped with a sea toilet, and wash basin with pressurized H&C water system opposite to starboard is a wet locker.
The saloon is fitted with a centrally mounted drop leaf table with a bench settee either side
With stowage behind and below the seating area.
Aft of the saloon to starboard is the galley with a twin burner Taylors diesel cooker with oven and grill, Stainless steel sink with H&C pressurised water system and various stowage areas for utensils etc. To Port is a spacious navigation area with good sized chart table with lid, GPS,
Night vision light.
Behind the Nav area is the spacious quarter berth.
Upholstery is finished in hard wearing blue canvass, whilst all joinery is varnished hardwood.
Head linings are in good condition with the forward cabin linings having been replaced in 2005.
Hot water is provided via the engine calorifier which is also fitted with an immersion element.
The craft offers full standing headroom of 1.88mtr in the saloon.
