All finishes both internal and external are of a very high quality as would be expected on a craft of this type. ‘Noli’ incorporates a very spacious flybridge with seating for 8 + and a large covered lower external lounge area with hard top and removable acrylic side awnings. This aft Lower Cockpit area measures approximately 2.90mtr x 4.20mtr Machinery: Power is provided by two 650 hp Turbo Assisted Detroit Diesel driving through gearboxes on standard shafts. This installation will offer an approx top speed of 26knts with a comfortable cruising speed of 18-20 knts The Spacious engine room with independent access is exceptionally clean, offering excellent all round access to both engines for maintenance and all ancillary machinery housed there, it also offers full standing headroom. Engine Room Heaters were fitted in 2001 with New Extractor fans fitted in 2002 Steering to both Flybridge and pilot house is Hydraulic. Engine Hrs Approx 1300 New Exhausts Fitted 2002/2003 Electrical system 12/24 vlt DC and 240 vlt A/C systems operate this vessel, however we understand that even whilst cruising the 240 A/C system is mainly used. This is by virtue of a 25kw Westerbeke Diesel Generator and a 3000watt Inverter. DC power is provided by 6 x 200ahr batteries charged from the engine alternators and also a New 100ah Mastervolt battery charger/inverter fitted 2002. Distribution of both systems is via a very comprehensive twin switch panel with circuit breakers these panels are inset into the Pilot house side bulkhead and are illuminated. A through ship telephone intercom system is fitted to each area for ease of communications. On boarding the craft from the stern mounted passerelle you enter a spacious cover aft deck area with fixed seating for eight and two free standing teak tables on a teak laid deck, this area offers full standing headroom of approx 2.00mtr whilst the floor area measurements are approximately 4.2mtr x 2.95mtr. To starboard you find access to the flybridge where a more open seating area is provided. Moving forward and entering the accommodation through the twin glass sliding doors with polished stainless steel surrounds you enter the saloon/ dining area, this area measures approx 4.20mtr x 3.90mtr. To Port is a free standing dining table with a setee to one side and four high backed dining chairs. During her major refit in 2002/03 all the ceiling panels were re-covered and all upholstery and floor coverings replaced. The saloon ouzes class with a fully fitted beige carpet forming the base for the contrasting Royal Blue/Gold/Beige regency stripped upholstery which in turn compliments the teak joinery. Centre piece of the saloon area is a large mirror with a very tastefully engraved Mermaid, under which is concealed an onboard entertainment system with T.V, Video, and Hi Fi System. To Starboard an ‘L’ shaped settee with coffee table is found for relaxing and entertaining just forward of this settee is a wet bar with Drinks fridge, icemaker and cocktail/glass cabinet. Amidships on the port side is a compact but very well equipped and practical galley measuring approx 2.50mt x 1.6mt with a 0.6mt of floor space between surfaces. Apart from preparation space stowage is also vital both dry and cold and all is catered for within this galley area. At the entrance is a full standing Larder with draws this then leads onto a serving hatch/preparation area with further stowage under, as you move to the outboard end is sink with H/C pressurised water system again high & low level cabinets are available as you move along the forward bulkhead you will find the appliances. 4 burner electric hob with oven, grill and extractor fitted New 2002. Servis refrigerator, Servis Freezer fitted New 2002 ,Microwave. All cabinets again are finished in teak and where required are fitted with downlighters. Forward of the Galley bulkhead is the Pilot House/ Lower main helm position on the Portside This area measures approx 2.20mt x 1.30mt at the widest point. The instrumentation both navigation and engine monitoring is well laid out and easy to read. Access to the portide deck can gained from a sliding door. A twin seater bench is located in this area 1.10mt in length with matching upholstery to the rest of the craft, opposite to starboard is a forward lounge area with settee and coffee table. A washing machine is housed in a locker under the helm accessed via the steps leading to the forward sleeping quarters Below Deck Accommodation. Sleeping for eight is provided in four dedicated cabins comprising of a Large forward Double cabin measuring approx 2.90mt x 2.90mt this is furnished with a large Island bed measuring approx 2mtr x 1.60mt. His and Hers Hanging wardrobes and an abundance of high level lockers follow the curvature of the Hull. At the head is a large mirror. Artificial light is provided by 7 lights whilst natural light is provided by a large deck hatch and two Oval opening Hull port lights all wooden fixtures and fittings are in teak. This cabin also boasts a large en-suite shower/heads compartment. The two further for’ard cabins are port and starboard are twin cabins with the Portside twin measuring approx 2.70mt x1.90mt has en-suit access to a shared shower/ heads compartment. The starboard cabin contains bunks. Both these cabins have Hanging locker space and shelved cabinets. The owners stateroom is located at the stern of the craft. This is a very spacious and lavish large double cabin with a full sized double bed, located transversely on the port side with a mirrored backdrop. An abundance of stowage space is offered by over head lockers and full hanging wardrobes all finished in teak. As with the other furnishings of this superb craft the colour scheme is followed through with rich Royal Blue/ cream and Gold Regency striped upholstery over a Beige carpet. This cabin measures approx 3.20mt x 3.40mt. To the starboard side of the cabin is the owners shower/ bathroom, measuring approx 2.90mt x 1.30mt. All of the accommodation with exception of the for’ard starboard bunked cabin is serviced by individually controlled Air conditioning. Maximum Headroom throughout the craft is 2.00mt. ‘Noli’ is also fitted with a 1000ltr holding tank.
