Construction

Hull deck and superstructure moulded in hand laid GRP with White an Navy Blue Gelcoat finishes.
The under water profile is that of a deep ‘V’ with forward spray chines. The walk on bathing platform with rear access to the craft is incorporated into the design. The bathing platform and cockpit area soles are fitted with teak and teak faces ply. Internally the craft is made from a series of inner bulkhead mouldings with glassed plywood stiffening
Panels bonded to the internal hull topside and deck mouldings.

Engines/Machinery

Power is provided by 2 x Volvo KAD44P EDC DP 6 cylinder Turbo assisted diesel engines with indirect cooling via a heat exchanger ,these engines are rated 260hp each @ 3,900 RPM and drive a pair of Volvo Duo prop stern drive legs
with power tilt and trim in addition the craft is fitted with trim tabs. Engine control is via a cable less twin lever control system.

Engine instrumentation is split into Port and Starboard and comprise of 2 x Tacho with hr meter. 2 x Oil pressure
2 x Temperature 2 x Fuel Tank Capacity 2 x Volt . 2 x Leg trim indicators
To assist in ease of maneuvering in close quarters the craft is also fitted with a bow thruster. Fuel is carried in
2x Aluminium Tanks.

Electrics

This craft is fitted with both 12volt A/C and 240 volt DC shore power supplies.
The 12 volt system comprises of 2 x 135 amp hr Start batteries and a single 135 amp hr Domestic battery
All batteries are charged from the engine alternators whilst running and are regulated through two splitting Diode control boxes. Distribution is from a master switch panel with volt and amp meters in the galley area with a secondary switch panel at the helm of 12 Rocker switches.
The 240volt shore power system enters the craft through a consumer box with a RCB breaker before reaching the Mains switch panel again at the galley bulkhead this circuit is also fitted with Volt and Amp meters.
In addition to the ring main sockets the system is fitted with a Newmar 220 12/40 40 amp battery charger/converter.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation comprises of 4 berth in double cabin and a Double /twin cabin
    The forward owners double comprises of a large Island double bed with high rise lockers wardrobe and under bed foot draws. Natural light is obtained by 2 opening hull ports and a large circular deck hatch. The hull ports are furnished with blue curtains, and the deck hatch offers a roller blind and integrated flyscreen. This cabin has en-suite access to the heads compartment.

    The fully walk in heads /shower compartment is fully equipped with a large wash basin with H&C pressurized water supply, Manual marine toilet with holding tank, and walk in shower closet with
    Polycarbonate sliding shower Door. There is ample stowage for toiletries and a mirror panels are mounted above the basin unit.

    Exit the heads/shower compartment into the Saloon where to Port you will find ‘C’ settee with stowage bins under and fiddle shelves behind, the saloon table is pedestal mounted .

    To starboard is the ‘L’ galley. A practical design and well equipped with a 3 burner ‘Techimpex’ stainless steel hob,
    ‘Smev’ stainless steel oven with grill, Engle 12/240volt refrigerator, Baumat free standing microwave, the galley is also fitted with twin circular stainless steel sinks with H/C mixer tap. (Oh Yes And Very Important the Drinks Cabinet with secure bottle and glass storage).Within the Saloon Galley area there are 3 x opening hull port and a large deck hatch with roller blind and fly screen . All ports are furnished with Navy Blue curtains. The aft cabin to Port offers full headroom at the entrance and is equipped with a Vanity unit with Basin and mirror high level lockers a wardrobe and small bench settee. The double/optional twin berth run laterally under the cockpit helm and headroom at this point is limited but very functional, this cabin has one opening hull port. Artificial light through out the craft is supplied by laquered brass halogen mini spots and all sockets, switches door and cupboard furniture are also finished in the same.
    With exception to the mattresses all furnishings and bulkheads are finished in soft leather and joinery is finished in
    Laquered veneers.

    The spacious cockpit offers seating for two at the helm with an ‘ L’ seat/lounger opposite for four persons with small table. Going aft is a further larger seating area for 6 – 8 persons with table which will convert to a further lounger,
    Opposite this area to Port is a drink cooler with basin above . A spacious engine compartment is located under
    the aft cockpit area flooring as is a good sized Lazerette. A gas locker with provision for 2 Gaz bottles is found behind the Helms mans seat.
