The general construction is in glass re-inforced plastic with substantial internally bonded horizontal stringers. Externally the Hull is finished with a Blue Gelcoat with the wheelhouse in white with all round visibility provided by 9 large screens built into the forward and side sections with the forward centre screen able to open . The large open cockpit is self draining with the aid of 6 scupper three either side. The transom benefits from a large stainless steel Ladder and for safety whilst on the move or if angling the guardrails have been raised giving a height of 1mtr from deck to guardrail top. The Gunwhale capings we understand are in Teak. The engine area is accessed via a raised GRP/ Ply box construction with a single full length lid. Machinery Power is provided by a single Ford 180 6 cylinder turbo assisted inline direct injection diesel engine rated at approx 145 hp, this engine is freshwater cooled with heat exchanger and is coupled to a Newage type reverse/reduction gearbox with single lever Morse wire/hydraulic operation driving a standard shaft with 3 bladed propeller. Fuel is carried in two stainless steel located under the cockpit floor with independent deck fillers. This engine was fitted as reconditioned unit 2005. Electrics Electrical supply is both 12 volt and 240volt. The 12 volt system comprises of 2 x Batteries charged from the engine alternator whilst running. A 240 volt shore power system is also fitted and is equipped with an inline battery charger. Electrical distribution is initially via a 4 position meter switch which then feeds a multi switch panel for circuit operation. Inventory
