Construction

Hull deck and superstructure moulded in glass reinforced plastic with a white gelcoat finish the craft is fitted with an extended bathing platform to the transom. All underfoot surfaces contain a moulded non slip pattern within the lay up.
The underwater hull shape is a medium V with a 21º deadrise and moulded spray rails.

Machinery

Power is provided by a single Volvo Penta KAD44 P-C EDL 6 cylinder Turbo Assisted inboard diesel engine with closed freshwater cooling system rated at 260hp. This in turn drives a Volvo stern drive unit with power tilt and trim.
Operation is via a single lever gear/throttle control .
At the Helm there is full engine monitoring from
Farier low glare instruments which include.
Oil Pressure, Temperature, Volts, RPM, Speed,
Turbo Pressure, Fuel and Leg Trim. Trim Tab Trim Gauge.
Steering is power assisted from the engine and the wheel has a tilt facility. The closed cooling system also heats domestic water whilst running.

Electrics

The craft is fitted with both 12 volt and 240 volt electrical systems.
The 12 volt system comprises of 2 x 12 volt batteries with one dedicated to engine starting the second for domestic use, Primary Distribution of the 12volt systems is through a multi position master switch which allows the joining of both batteries in parallel should the engine battery become discharged. Secondary distribution is through two set of waterproof switch panels at the Helm Position.
Batteries are charged from the engine alternator when running.
The 240 volt enters the craft through an RCD Breaker panel with volt meter and Polarity warning system, This system is used to run the onboard Hot water immersion, Cooker, Microwave, and onboard Battery Charger.
