TERMS & CONDITIONS Customer Qualification: Customers must be over 21 years of age and under 70 and must have held a full driving licence, free from endorsements (at the discretion of the company) for a minimum of 1 year, 2 years if under 23 years of age. Identification All customers will be required to produce their driving licence at the time of hire; new customers will be required to produce two other means of identification that gives proof of their current address. Vehicle Damage A £100 deposit (£250 for vans) will be required in addition to the cost of hire of the vehicle. The amount is refundable if the vehicle is returned as per the hire agreement return time and in the same condition as the vehicle was taken. Payment is required before commecement of the hire period. Continental Hire If you are traveling abroad you will need AA 5 star cover and a Green Card insurance, vehicles must not be taken outside the UK without the written consent of Pierremonts. We are pleased to offer a quotaion to cover your continental hire requirements. Important Information: Whilst it is our intention to offer the services as advertised, Pierremonts reserves the right to alter prices, vehicle availability and supply in circumstances that are beyond our control. Pierremonts reserves the right to refuse any hire request without giving any reason.
