We will always provide a written quotation when submitting a tender for contract

Samples Demonstrated at the time of appointment is a true and accurate representation - we do not change the product that we show for a cheaper alternative

Sales Representatives will act in a courteous and professional manner at all times

An after sales questionnaire will be provided to all customers to ensure standards are maintained

We will comply with all laws, statutory regulations and Building Regulations

We will maintain adequate employers and public liability insurance

We employ only fully trained staff

We will respect the homeowner's privacy and take all steps to ensure the security of their home and a safe working environment

We will always treat customers with courtesy and respect

We will ensure that all work is started and completed on the agreed dates and that any unavoidable changes are clearly communicated to our customer

We will arrive at the agreed time for appointments with the homeowner and give advance warning of any unavoidable delay

We will ensure that all work is completed to pre-defined specifications and budgets as defined in our agreed contract. All changes will be communicated and agreed with the customer prior to proceeding

We will ensure that all works are completed to the highest possible standards and that all guaranteed elements of work are agreed

We will leave all areas clean and tidy at the end of the day, and remove all rubbish upon completing the contract

We will ensure that all staff meet these standards at all times
