A, No, Our current prices range from £395 per annum up to £1,995 per annum. (or paid monthly if you prefer) We believe that our prices are the most competitive in the market place and offer you real value for money.
Q, How difficult is it to set up my Clickspeed site?
A, It really is very simple. With a Clickspeed site there is no software installation for you to worry about. The software runs live on the Internet and we will have already installed it for you. You do not need to be a computer expert or know anything about programming to fully customise your site, simply follow the point and click menu. If you can type, point and click a mouse, you can update your site.
Q, How quickly do you install Clickspeed client sites?
A, We usually set up a client web site within a week. When we set up the site we will input your basic details and logo(if applicable) we will test the site to make sure it is working correctly. Once satisfied that all is okay we will email you with details and tell them how to access their control panel so that you can start to customise your site and add products etc.
Q, What kind of computer is required?
A, All Clickspeed web sites run live on the Internet. So as long as one has access to the Internet the software can be run from any PC, MAC or even a Web TV.
Q, How often can a site be updated?
A, Clickspeed web-sites can be updated whenever you wish. Using the templates and menu provided changes can be made to text, backgrounds, logo, colours, add, delete or edit products and listings (including pictures) as often as one likes. Simply point, and click and type.
Q, What name can a site have?
A, You can choose whatever name they like. The site URL will be www.clickspeed.co.ukyourname. We suggest that they keep it short and simple.
Q, Can you have your own domain name?
A, Yes, this can be arranged for a small additional charge. This Option is included with some price plans. Or you might already have a registered domain which we can use.
Q, What about site protection?
A, The admin menu on all sites is fully secure and can only be accessed by password. You can change the password at any time.
Q, What about taking orders over the Internet?
A, Clients can start taking orders over the Internet immediately. All sites include access to our secure server so that customers can order with confidence. Simply tell the software that you require an order form to be built and thereafter every product you add will automatically be added to include the information you require. This can cover delivery costs, VAT etc. Customers simply fill in the details and submits the form. An email order is then automatically forwarded to your own secure email address.
Q, Can photos be added to a site?
A, Yes, one or two photographs can be added to each product listing page. If the photograph is located on the computer or it’s on a floppy disc you can simply and quickly up-load it to your site by selecting the file and clicking a button. You do not need to know about programming because the software does that for you.
Q, How are sites submitted to search engines?
A, We submit all web sites to the major search engines. This is free of charge.
